Signature Waiving
We strongly advise against authorising a signature release on international shipments. As soon as the signature is released, we or the courier are not liable for lost or stolen parcels; ie no claim can be pursued. Please carefully consider this before authorising a signature release, parcel theft is a serious issue.
Taxes & Duties
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs fees depending on their country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge.
This information applies particularly to the UK, EU and Canada. All shipments require an import fee in order to clear customs.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your country.
If import fees are refused and order is returned to sender, we will not offer a refund. If you have any questions or concerns regarding import taxes and customs duties, please contact our Customer Care team prior to placing your order.
DHL Express
We offer DHL Express Worldwide for all international shipments.
Rates will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping FAQ's
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 24 hours of placement (excluding weekends and QLD, Australia public holidays). Orders are shipped from a 3rd party logistics centre in QLD, Australia, which is on AEST time. Tracking information will be sent via email.
*Business days - shipping estimates do not include weekends.
*Regional postcodes, WA, SA, ACT & Tas will have a shipping estimate of 2-5 business days.
*Dispatch delays may occur during peak sale periods (eg. Black Friday)
Order notes / gift messages
As we partner with a third party warehouse, we are unable to adjust your orders to write personalised gift messages. Please consider this prior to ordering.
Order Changes
We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please understand that once an order has been confirmed, modifications may not be possible. Reasons for this are customer service hours, and that our warehouse is third party. Please carefully check the details are correct before payment.
Shipping Protection
For extra peace of mind, we offer optional shipping protection at checkout for a small fee. This covers your parcel against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
What's Covered
Shipping protection covers shipments that are:
- Lost in transit
- Stolen after dispatch
- Damaged during delivery
What's Not Covered
Shipping protection does not cover:
- Delays caused by customs, weather events, or courier backlogs
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked "delivered" where theft cannot be reasonably proven
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your unique tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Click on the link to see your shipment updates.

Order Deadlines
Any orders required for a specific/important date (weddings, bridal parties etc), we strongly suggest adding the below buffers for delivery on time.
AUS orders: We strongly suggest adding a 5 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected shipping delays
NEW ZEALAND orders: We strongly suggest adding a 7 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected shipping delays
USA & CANADA orders: We strongly suggest adding a 10 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected shipping delays
REST OF WORLD order: We strongly suggest adding a 10 business day buffer to your chosen shipping method to allow for any unexpected shipping/import delays.
