What is the sizing like?
Our garments are designed to be a relaxed fit (some styles being oversize). We do not have a standardised size chart, so please refer to each product's sizing tab for individual measurements and recommendations as all our styles differ. Where are orders shipped from?
Since February 2022 we partnered with a domestic third party warehouse in QLD, Australia. All orders are dispatched from there Monday - Friday. Orders place prior to 1pm AEST are dispatched same day.
What shipping company do you use?
Domestic (Australian) orders are shipped with Australia Post Express network. International orders are shipped with DHL Express. More info available on our Shipping page.
What fabric do you use?
We use only 100% natural fibre fabrics including rayon, cotton and Lyocell. No synthetic fabrications are used (polyester / satins). All fabric is hot washed and softened before production. Rayon is very similar to cotton, however softer to the touch. We pride ourselves on breathable, comfortable fabrications that are better for the environment.
What is the returns policy?

Can I return / exchange a Sale item?
We do not accept any returns / exchanges on SALE items. These are final prices for clearance.
Can I cancel / make changes to the order I just placed?
Unfortunately, any changes requested after the order is placed cannot be guaranteed. This is because we partner with a third-party warehouse who handles our stock and orders. You are still welcome to request the change (by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org) however the request can’t be guaranteed. Please do take the time to check all order details are correct prior to payment.
Do you have Afterpay?
Yes. AfterPay is a digital service that allows you buy an item now and pay it off later in fortnightly instalments. All information regarding AfterPay can be viewed directly on the AfterPay website.
I have not received my order, where is it?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail or Spam folder, as it may have been received there. Please also take into account we need 1-2 business days to process the order for dispatch. Business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. If you have any specific queries relating to your delivery, don’t hesitate to email us: email@example.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. We use Shopify Payments processor which is reliable and safe.
How do the Bridesmaid Bundle Discounts work?
Visit our collection page The Bridal Shop for info on how to use these bundle discounts. The quantity based discounts range from 10-30%. A corresponding coupon code must be applied on the checkout page (not cart page) to redeem. Please note, this deal is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or coupon code.
How in advance do I need to order for my wedding?
For products in stock on the website, we suggest to allow 6 working days for Australia & NZ, and 10 working days for International. This is a safe buffer to account for any possibly shipping delays.
Do you wholesale?
We are not currently wholesaling, sorry.
