Q: HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE IN AUSTRALIA?

A: REGULAR SHIPPING FOR ORDERS UNDER $100 AUD - $6.50

FREE REGULAR SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100 AUD

EXPRESS POST (1-3 DAYS) IN AUSTRALIA - $9.90 

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of receiving an online order.
Shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days, depending on your location in Australia.

If for any reason we are out of stock or unable to dispatch goods ordered, you will be contacted via the email you provided at the time of making your order to arrange 1 of the following -

•an agreed alternative item
•a refund
•a back order

Piyama does not accept responsibility for lost orders. We only post items to given addresses and provide Registered Australian Post parcels as a postal option. Any queries relating to shipping, feel free to contact us on contact@piyama.com.au

Q: WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

A: WE ACCEPT PAYPAL, MASTERCARD, VISA AND AFTERPAY

 

Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

A: We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days on items purchased full price. We do not accept refunds and exchanges on items purchased on sale.

 

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for postage costs incurred. PLEASE EMAIL CONTACT@PIYAMA.COM.AU TO LODGE A RETURN REQUEST.

*** Our garments are manufactured in Indonesia. Please note there is a possibility there could be slight colour variation on your garment/s. The garments are hand-died so it is possible for this to occur. If you notice some colour difference and are unhappy about this please email us at contact@piyama.com.au. ***

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@piyama.com.au.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded OR exchanged.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: C/O PIYAMA, 8 Allpass Pde, Shorncliffe, QLD, 4017, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
