Policy Overview
We accept returns 30 days from order dispatch. Please read the return condition dropdown below for further info.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items are considered final sale. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items included in our SALE collection.
COUPON / DISCOUNT CODES
We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code of 20% or greater.*
Instead we offer 110% store credit. Please click below "Coupon Codes" dropdown for further info.
*Excludes promotional sale codes, which are final sale and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
EXCHANGES
We offer Australian instant exchanges for any product available on our online store. Simply use the Shop Now function in the returns portal to select your preferred replacement item.
Exchange fee is a flat $13 AUD.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for International customers at this time.
Return Conditions
Please read our policy carefully to ensure your return meets all requirements. Returns that violate our policy will be refused and sent back to you.
All returns must be lodged via the Piyama returns portal within 30 days of order dispatch.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original condition. It must also be folded neatly inside the original garment bag (where possible).
Sale Items
All sale items are considered final sale.
We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds on any items included in our SALE collection. These are final clearance.
Should the item be deemed faulty, a replacement item will be offered. Should the replacement item be unavailable, a store credit equal to 100% of the items value will be offered. Please email support@piyama.com.au if this applies.
Discount / Coupon Codes
We do not offer refunds on any purchases made using a coupon code of 20% or greater.
Instead we offer 110% store credit. See below for details:
No coupon - refund or 110% store credit or exchange
10% coupon - refund or 110% store credit or exchange
15% coupon - refund or 110% store credit or exchange
20% (or greater) coupon - 110% store credit or exchange*
Why is this?
We offer generous year-round bundle discounts on our store [via The Bridal Shop], and this policy is in place to ensure viability. The costs involved with returns is not sustainable to offer full refunds when such generous discounts are available. If you have any queries regarding this policy, don't hesitate to contact us.

Exchanges
We charge a flat rate fee of $13 AUD for exchanges, Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for International customers at this time.
We offer instant exchanges for any product available on our store. Simply use the Shop Now function in the returns portal to select your preferred replacement item.
With an Instant Exchange, your new order will be processed as soon as you've registered your return, so you don't have to wait until we've received your other item(s).
Once you have submitted your return, your new order will be picked & packed, ready for dispatch (standard shipping). You will receive an order confirmation for this within 24 hours. We'll hold $1 on your card, which will be returned to you once you've posted your item(s) back. You will enter your card details at the point of registration.
Once submitted, we're unable to cancel your instant exchange.
Gift Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges on gifted items at this time.
Return Costs
AU Returns
For Australian returns requesting a refund, a flat return fee of $15 applies. We partner with Australia Post to provide convenient return shipping labels through our returns portal.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Returns
At this time, we do not offer pre-paid return shipping labels for international orders.
If you wish to return an item, you will need to arrange and cover the cost of shipping the return back to our Brisbane office in Australia (4030). We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your parcel arrives safely.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges on international orders.
Other Info
Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days after delivery for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return is complete.
Recommendation for Bridal Orders
The following recommendation is for those planning to purchase a bridal bundle.
If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend purchasing 1 item at full price as a "size test" to keep the option for a refund. If the test order fits, we will apply the bridal bundle discount retroactively across both the test and bulk order. Please email support@piyama.com.au with both order #'s to request this adjustment if this applies to your orders.
