By participating in this Piyama Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. SPONSOR

This Giveaway is sponsored by Piyama Clothing Co. Pty Ltd. 

2. ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway is open worldwide. 

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on Friday, 17th October 2025 at 9:00 AM AEST and ends on Wednesday, 29th October 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST ("Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Giveaway, complete the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

  1. Visit https://www.piyama.com.au/pages/jolly-waitlist and complete the giveaway entry form to receive 1 x entry to the competition.
  2. For 1 x additional entry, follow @Piyama_co on Instagram and like the official Giveaway post

5. PRIZES

  • 3 x Winners:
Each will receive an AUD $300 Piyama e-Gift Card (valid for 3 months) to be redeemed storewide via www.piyama.com.au

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

  • Winners will be selected at random.
  • All winners will be contacted via email by Thursday, 30th October 2025.
  • Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a redraw.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants:

  • Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including consenting to receiving Marketing collateral from Piyama to the email address and/or phone number provided in the entry form
  • Grant Piyama permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
  • Piyama reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms
  • Prizes are awarded at the discretion of Piyama and may not be exchanged or substituted

Piyama reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including technical issues or fraud.

8. LIABILITY

Piyama is not responsible for:

  • Any technical difficulties that prevent entries from being received
  • Any delays, losses or miscommunications regarding prize fulfilment
  • Any tax implications that may arise from prize winnings
  • Any injury, loss  or damage that may arise from participation in the promotion or from the use, misuse, or acceptance of any prize awarded (including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or indirect/consequential loss)
  • All prizes are accepted at the winner’s own risk.

9. META DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta i.e. Instagram and Facebook. By entering, participants acknowledge that Meta bears no responsibility for this giveaway. All information provided is being submitted to Piyama, not Meta, and will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for the purpose of administering this promotion and future marketing.
